Let’s just say that this was a somewhat difficult cake to make because the recipe I used was in METRIC MEASUREMENTS! Do you know how hard it is to convert lbs to the good old measuring cups??? Did you know that there are different measurements based on type of ingredient? For example flour is difficult from powdered sugar because of the texture? Also how do you measure something that is 1.034 of a cup?? This cake reminded me of fourth grade, when I failed math because I wasn’t able to understand the metric system!!
Other than that I think this cake turned out pretty well despite the fact it didn’t taste like green tea but rather a regular sponge cake. However the strawberry mousse was delicious but it reminded me of strawberry whip cream.
